Boston Lesbian Will Teach Your Dog How to Be Wonderful: Wouldn't it be amazing if your dog could bring you the paper, your slippers, or better yet, a cold drink from the fridge? It's not some pie in the sky dream. New to Boston from Maine, dog trainer Elsa Larsen has opened My Wonderful Dog, an Arlington-based company that offers in-home dog training including the six-week class, "Your Dog Can Do What?!?" Trailer Park Up in Arms After Lesbian Grandma Harassed: When vandals spray-painted "Die Dyke" on the side of the home of a lesbian grandmother in Rainier, Oregon, her neighbors were right there to support her, with some saying they suspected the new manager of the trailer park as being behind the harassment. Stonewall Honors Prominent Women Leaders and Unsung Heroes: In a special ceremony on Friday, April 11 at Union Square Ballroom, the Stonewall Community Foundation honored prominent women leaders and unsung heroes who create lasting legacies for the LGBTQ community, including Irma Salvatierra Bajar, Sharon Day, Barbara Hammer, Joan Nestle and Yoruba Richen.Read more here.
