Papaya Ice Bomb

To celebrate National Papaya Month, Aloft Bangkok - Sukhumvit 11 has concocted a refreshing cocktail named Papaya Ice Bomb.

Ingredients:

30ml Vodka

3 pcs Papaya

2 pcs Lemon

1 pc Orange

3 tsp Brown Sugar

2 drops Angostura Bitters

2 Thyme leaves

Spiced Papaya Refresher

In honor of National Payapa Month, The St. Regis Bangkok will feature a delicious original cocktail aptly named Spiced Papaya Refresher, served in a rock glass or high ball.

Ingredients:
- 50 ml Vodka
- 250ml Papaya juice
- 150ml Orange juice
- 15ml Ginger syrup
- Add sweet/sour mix to balance
- Top off with Ginger Ale
- Garnish with a lime slice

Method:
Shake all ingredients except ginger ale, strain into glass filled with ice cubes and top with ginger ale.
