Boston Pride's Human Rights & Education Committee, the Boston LGBT Film Festival, and filmmaker, Tim Wolff team up to screen the riveting documentary, The Sons of Tennessee Williams at Boston's Museum of Fine Arts on Thursday June 7th at 8:15 p.m.

The film, The Sons of Tennessee Williams, charts the evolution of the gay Mardi Gras scene over the decades, illuminating the ways in which its emergence was a determining factor in the cause of gay liberation in the South. The Boston Pride Human Rights and Education Committee recognizes that 2012 Pride Week also celebrates decades of LGBT history, and this film tells a very important and inspiring story of the fight towards equality.
