On Thursday night's episode of "Watch What Happens Live" Andy Cohen talked about "glory holes."

"If you haven't heard, the Canadian government is echoing the New York City Department of Health recommendation that horny citizens use glory holes as a way to limit face to face contact and swapping saliva during sex," he said. "This is wild. Canada is saying... put your dick in a glory hole! I didn't say it! Canada said it!"

Cohen was referencing a directive from the province of British Columbia that listed "glory holes" as an inventive way of having sex during the pandemic.

"Use barriers, like walls (e.g., glory holes), that allow for sexual contact but prevent close face-to-face contact," the guidelines state."

An adult entertainment company offered the province $100,000 to build them. "To promote the use of 'glory holes,' the adult entertainment company YouPorn offered the province of British Columbia "a grant of $100K to support the building of glory holes across the province," reported the BC website Victoria Now."
